Payment
Cheque: If you are paying by cheque, your goods will be posted after your cheque has cleared, please allow 7 working days. If you in need of your order before that please use a secure payment by card. Please make payable to Daisy Crafts UK.Com
Credit/debit card: Your delivery address should be the same one as the address to which your card is registered. Your goods should be posted the next working day after payment has cleared, subject to stock levels. Please note: 99% of our orders are posted the next working day after payment has cleared.
Postal Order: If you would like to pay by Postal Order please send a crossed one, made payable to Daisy Crafts UK.Com.
Your card security
We can guarantee that you will be able to shop with confidence. Payment through our site goes through paypal where we have no contact with your card details. Your statement will show as Daisy Crafts UK.Com.
If you wish to make payment by telephone please be assured that we only use your personal information to process and dispatch your order.
P & P charges
We try our best to keep our postage and packing fees to a minimum. We send all parcels first class post. If you require next day delivery please contact us before ordering for a quote. If you parcel does not arrive within a few days please let us know and we will do our best to recover it. However, the Royal Mail will not allow us to do this until the parcel has been missing for fifteen days. If you are in need of your order quickly we will also offer Recorded Delivery, this is charged at the current price from the Royal mail.
Refunds Policy
If there is an error or damage with your purchase will are happy to offer either an exchange or a full refund. However, we are sorry but if the error is yours we are unable to offer either. Please check your spelling, twice, before sending your order.
All items are checked before sending but in the unlikely event that the goods are damaged or faulty please contact us within 28 days to info@personalisedsashes.com to let us know we will then arrange for a full refund or exchange and send you instructions on returning the item.
